Biography

Jai Hind Rathore is a Mechanical Engineering scholar specializing in finite element analysis (FEA) and physics analysis for metals and alloys. His research interests focus on understanding the mechanical behavior of materials through advanced modeling and simulation techniques. Jai uses software tools to define microstructure-properties-behavior relations, emphasizing the deformation and failure of advanced materials in terms of their multi-scale architecture and constitutive response. This research aims to enhance materials design and manufacturing processes.

An additional aspect of Jai's work involves identifying and quantifying evolving material states under applied loading to predict the remaining useful life of materials. He employs sensing and testing methods in plasticity, fracture, and fatigue investigations across various length scales. These investigations are complemented by signal processing and numerical simulation approaches, which contribute to both the fundamental understanding of material behavior and practical applications in engineering.
