Rowan University is your destination for world renowned productions of music, dance, theatre, and visual art events and programs. The College of Performing Arts, the College of Communication & Creative Arts, and Rowan University Art Gallery at Rowan produce a robust season of fine art exhibitions, recitals, operas, musicals, original choreography, literary readings, lectures, film screenings and more.

Music

Enjoy a variety of performances year-round by our fine choral, early music, instrumental and jazz ensembles. Our Wilson Hall facilities feature an 895-seat concert hall and a 225-seat recital hall

Theatre & Dance

The department boasts four main stage productions each year, held in Tohill Theatre, a 535-seat theatre in Bunce Hall. We also showcase performances by theatre and dance courses, and by student groups.

Buy tickets online at rowan.tix.com, through the box office at (856) 256-4545 or at the door the day of an event. We invite students, faculty, staff and alumni to buy tickets at discounted prices.

Rowan University Art Gallery

Rowan University Art Gallery on High Street and The Center for Art and Social Engagement in Westby Hall offer contemporary visual art exhibitions and public programs and events that explore current and relevant topics and issues. Our venues and events are always free and open to the public.

Rowan Prep

Our community music school offers private lessons, classes, ensembles, and summer programming for performing artists of all ages and ability levels.

The Center for Art and Social Engagement

Anchored by a permanent display of installation, The Sister Chapel, a historic collaborative feminist installation, CASE encourages interdisciplinary collaborations that explore diverse and timely social issues through arts-based methods and multidisciplinary practices.
