Master of Engineering Management

The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) online program is designed to equip engineers with management and leadership skills. Students in this program receive instruction in managerial basics, such as organizational behavior and teamwork, quantitative decision making, and operational system design. The combination of courses from Rowan’s Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering and the Rohrer College of Business, provide an effective balance of innovative technical knowledge and managerial skills required to understand both engineering and business. The Master of Engineering Management program is online and designed for working professionals to conveniently attend class and complete their engineering management career goals in five consecutive semesters. 

The Master of Engineering Management program requires 30 semester hours of graduate-level coursework. Six courses must be taken from the required MEM classes listed below. In addition, students must complete four electives, which are grouped in tracks.
