Masters In ExEEd

Students interested in pursuing a thesis focused on engineering education research can apply for the Masters of Science (MSc) in Engineering program.  The MSc in Engineering is a 30 credit program that is typically completed over the course of 18 months.  The requirements for the program include:

  • 21 credits of coursework
    • 3 credit math focused course
    • 3 credit business course
    • 15 credits engineering/thesis focused courses
  • 9 credits of research

Students will discuss their course selection with their thesis advisor to ensure the courses build adequate technical competency within a specific engineering discipline while giving them the skillset necessary to complete their thesis work.  If interested in pursuing a MSc in Engineering with an Experiential Engineering Education faculty member please contact Dr. Cheryl Bodnar (bodnar@rowan.edu), ExEEd Graduate Program Chair.
