Message From The Chair

Welcome to the Experiential Engineering Education Department (ExEED) at Rowan University. ExEEd has three important roles in the college of engineering. First, ExEEd designs and teaches the first two years of the Rowan Engineering Clinic, which has four innovative hands-on minds-on courses that prepare students for rigorous traditional engineering courses, summer internships, Junior and Senior year engineering clinics, and real-world engineering. ExEEd is also the home of the Engineering Entrepreneurship major, which allows students to combine rigorous engineering and business coursework. Finally, ExEEd faculty conduct research related to engineering education, training Master's and Ph.D. level students, and keeping Rowan's engineering undergraduate experience state-of-the-art. ExEEd faculty are passionate about undergraduate education and education research.
