North America's Building Trades Union Governing Board of Presidents' Scholarship (formerly known as the Trades Futures Scholarship) provides up to $7,200 in scholarship funding for eligible members of North America's Building Trades Unions (NABTU) who are enrolled in the Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering who are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management (BACM).

The scholarship automatically renews each academic year for eligible recipients, provided the student:

• Remains enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management (BACM).
• Maintains a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Continues to meet all scholarship eligibility requirements.

• Once accepted, eligible students will be matched to the NABTU Scholarship through Scholarship Universe and can submit their scholarship application.
• Complete your student profile with details about your academic program, activities, and goals.
• Complete the NABTU Scholarship Application

North America's Building Trades Union Governing Board of Presidents' Scholarship application is accessed through Rowan University's Scholarship Universe platform.

Once you have been admitted and accepted into Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management (BACM), log into Scholarship Universe using your Rowan Network ID and password. 

After completing your profile, navigate to the Scholarship section to view scholarships you have been matched to. If you are eligible for the NABTU Scholarship, you will see North America's Building Trades Union Governing Board of Presidents' Scholarship appear in your list of available scholarships with an option to apply.

NABTU scholarship applicants must:

• Be enrolled in the Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering’s Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management (BACM).
• Be an active union member in good standing.
• Eligible Unions include: BAC, IBB, IBEW, IUEC, IUPAT, IUOE, Ironworkers (IW), HFIAW (Insulators), LIUNA, OPCMIA, SMART, UA, Roofers and Teamsters.
• Union Staff members or Helmets to Hardhats Staff members are also eligible to apply.
• Meet all scholarship requirements before the application deadline.

No. Scholarship terms are based on the award guidelines. If additional documentation is needed for future terms, Rowan will notify you.
