Mina Saleeb is the Program Director for Construction & Engineering Management at Rowan University. He has more than 15 years of experience in construction and concrete engineering, with leadership experience in project engineering, compliance and safety management, product management, and higher education.
Prior to joining Rowan University, Saleeb served as an Academic Advisor and Adjunct Professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he taught concrete-related courses, advised students, and developed industry partnerships that supported internships and full-time employment. He also served on the Education and Culture Board for NJIT’s New Egypt campus, where he contributed to understanding cultural and educational needs for students. Saleeb is recognized for mentoring students and preparing them for successful careers in construction and engineering management, and he has extensive experience supporting ABET and ATMAE accreditation and program evaluation.
Saleeb is also the owner of a construction company, maintaining active involvement in current construction practices and workforce needs. In his role at Rowan, he focuses on curriculum development, industry collaboration, accreditation readiness, and student success to advance the Construction & Engineering Management program.
