Dr. Chen's lab is presently dedicated to advancing research in the following research topics: 1. A Novel Resorbable Metallo-Elastomer Vascular Graft with Integrated Cell Reservoir; 2. Investigating the Impact of Piezoelectric Properties on Cell Alignment, Maturation, and Anti-Thrombosis in Resorbable Vascular Grafts; 3. 3D-Printed Cardiac Patch with Biomimetic Microchannels for Enhanced Myocardial Infarction Therapy.
