Through SAE International, Rowan University Engineers have the opportunity to design & manufacture a car to compete in either the Baja SAE or Formula E SAE competitions as a Clinic Project, spanning their Junior & Senior years.
American Society of Mechanical Engineers
Through ASME, mechanical engineering students at Rowan University can design and build a trebuchet. and participate in a variety of competitions and events. The Rowan Univerity Chapter of ASME is a student-ran organization that has been active for over 20 years.
