The first two years of the new four-year program feature unique courses, including the Engineering Clinics, Solving Tomorrow’s Problems, Fundamentals of Digital Systems, Modern Circuit Analysis & Design, Electronics, Instrumentation and Measurement, whereas a flexible set of more advanced courses in circuits, electronics, digital systems, including Programmable Logic Controllers, Rapid Prototyping, Mechatronics /Robotics and a wide variety of electives constitute the 3rd and 4th years. The new EET program also includes hallmarks of the ECE program, such as Engineering Clinics, Professionalism and Consulting, Frontiers in Engineering, and an out-of-discipline/multidisciplinary experience.

One additional program note: if you are interested in taking the F.E. Exam, or pursuing a graduate program, and believe additional advanced math can benefit either of those goals, you may take one Calculus III or higher math class and apply it to your senior electives.
