Electrical and Computer Engineering Industry Mentoring Program
The ECE Department and our External Advisory Board have developed a new Industry Mentoring Program to connect ECE students with industry professionals who can share their knowledge and wisdom. The program will initially be piloted with juniors and seniors and is available to both ECE and EET students.

- Open to Junior and Senior ECE & EET students
- Students are eligible to participate in the program, regardless of GPA

- Mentor / Mentee Guide: This document summarizes the program expectations and provides best practices and guidelines for both the mentors and mentees for mutual benefit
- Code of Conduct: This document summarizes mentor and mentee responsibilities, as well as several important considerations, such as confidentiality, non-disclosure, intellectual property issues, etc.
- Goal Setting Worksheet: This document provides a simple mechanism to help you think about your goals and expectations for the mentoring partnership and document them. Your goals and expectations will serve as a foundation for your mentoring partnership and will help guide your progress throughout the program. Keep this worksheet handy, share with your mentor, and refer to it regularly to track your progress and adjust as needed.
